The Privacy Policy explains how Ready Rescuer collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information submitted through our website, forms, class registrations, purchases, and customer communications. It also describes how customer information may be used for scheduling, service delivery, payment processing, and required course administration.
Release of Liability
The Release of Liability explains the risks associated with participating in CPR, first aid, BLS, babysitting, emergency response, and related training activities. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to release Ready Rescuer from certain claims related to ordinary participation in training activities, to the extent allowed by law.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, no-shows, late arrivals, weather issues, and class changes are handled. The Accessibility & Accommodation Policy explains how participants can request reasonable accommodations for a class, training session, or service. It helps Ready Rescuer prepare for participant needs while making clear that requests should be submitted as early as possible before the scheduled event.
