Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
Ready Rescuer LLC is committed to providing individuals with disabilities meaningful access to our courses, products, services, communications, and digital resources.
We are continually working to identify and reduce accessibility barriers so that customers, participants, and visitors can obtain information, register for services, communicate with our team, and participate in our programs as independently and effectively as reasonably possible.
Digital Accessibility
Ready Rescuer strives to make its website and online services accessible to a broad range of users, including individuals who use assistive technologies.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, Version 2.2, Level AA, as a reference for our ongoing digital accessibility efforts. These efforts may include:
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images;
- Using clear headings, labels, and page structures;
- Supporting keyboard navigation where reasonably possible;
- Maintaining readable text and appropriate color contrast;
- Providing clear form instructions and error messages;
- Improving the accessibility of electronic documents; and
- Reviewing important registration, scheduling, payment, and communication workflows.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Although we work to improve access, some content, features, documents, or third-party services may not yet be fully accessible in every situation.
Course and Service Accommodations
Ready Rescuer will consider reasonable accommodation requests related to our courses, events, products, and services.
Depending on the circumstances, accommodations may include:
- Accessible seating or workspace arrangements;
- Electronic or alternative-format materials;
- Written instructions or additional explanation;
- Communication assistance;
- Permission to use assistive technology;
- Adjustments to nonessential administrative procedures;
- An alternative registration or payment method; or
- Relocation or rescheduling when an accessibility barrier cannot otherwise be reasonably addressed.
Accommodation requests are reviewed individually. When the exact accommodation requested is not available or appropriate, we will make a good-faith effort to identify another effective option.
Advance notice is helpful when an accommodation requires coordination with an instructor, facility, curriculum provider, certification organization, or outside service. However, requests may be submitted at any time.
Essential Course and Certification Requirements
Some Ready Rescuer courses include essential attendance, safety, testing, or hands-on skills requirements established by Ready Rescuer or an applicable curriculum or certification provider.
We will work with participants to provide reasonable access while maintaining applicable course, competency, certification, and safety requirements.
An accommodation may not be available when it would eliminate an essential course requirement, fundamentally change the nature of the program, compromise safety, or require certification to be issued without completion of the applicable requirements. When this occurs, we will attempt to identify another reasonable method of supporting participation.
Physical Locations
Ready Rescuer provides courses and services at a variety of locations, including customer facilities, rented classrooms, community spaces, and other third-party properties.
Because we do not own or control every location, accessibility features may vary. Customers and participants are encouraged to contact us before attending if they have questions about accessible entrances, seating, restrooms, parking, mobility access, or other facility features.
When reasonably possible, we will coordinate with the customer or property operator, relocate an activity within the facility, recommend another location, or offer an alternative arrangement.
Third-Party Services
Ready Rescuer may use third-party platforms for scheduling, registration, forms, payments, eLearning, certification, maps, videos, and other services.
Because these platforms are independently developed and operated, we may have limited ability to modify their accessibility features. If a third-party service creates an accessibility barrier, please contact us. We will make a good-faith effort to provide assistance or an alternative method of accessing the information or completing the transaction.
Service Animals and Mobility Devices
Ready Rescuer welcomes individuals who use service animals or mobility devices in accordance with applicable law.
Please contact us before a scheduled course or service if advance coordination would help address space, facility, equipment, or safety considerations.
Requesting Assistance or Reporting a Barrier
To request an accommodation, report an accessibility barrier, or ask about the accessibility of a particular course or location, contact:

Requesting Assistance or Reporting a Barrier
Ready Rescuer welcomes feedback about the accessibility of our courses, services, facilities, communications, and digital resources.
We periodically review this statement and may update it as our services, technology, and accessibility practices change.
